3D karstic network simulations

The KarstMod pulgin implement the ODSim method (Object Distance Simulation). It allows to compute distance fields related to given ojects and to perturb this distance field using random correlated noise. Complex shapes can be produced by the composition of the distance field and the noise. Data conditionning can be accounted for.
